Need a cute dress

DH's company is having a carnival in two weeks and I need something that will be cool. It is HOT here and of course the event is held in the middle of the hottest time of day. Oh, and I am 8 months pregnant. I would like it to be flattering (haha, if this is possible!) and allow me to stay cool outside for a few hours.

Any ideas?

Hi, I just bought this one because it's 100% cotton as opposed to so many others out there that are mostly polyester, which makes me sweat too much (I'm also close to 8 mos.).

It is a very bright blue color, though! The skirt is a woven fabric with a light cotton lining while the top is jersey knit. Hopefully the dress won't shrink because it seems to run pretty small.
