From what I can tell, the best place to buy Legoland tickets is at Costco. I have also heard that Legoland has a policy that you can upgrade any paid ticket for a second day for $15. Does this apply to tickets purchased at Costco too?

We are heading to Legoland next month with our dd's (who are 4), and aren't sure if we'll want to go for 1 or 2 days.

Thanks!

no you would have to pay the amount to make up a full price ticket and the additional to upgrade!

Your best bet is to go to the Costco on Palomar Airport road near legoland and buy the 3 month membership! You may not use it for the 3 months but the price is not that much more than a one day ticket!

adults 63.99 and kids 54.99 the one day hopper is 54.99 for adults and 49.99 for kids!

We did the 3 month membership pass from Costco and one thing I really liked is that instead of feeling like it was the budget wise thing to spend 2 full days there from open to close, we were able to go for shorter chunks over 4 days without spending extra money. All day at a theme park, especially with an infant gets tiring- we found 4-5 hours at a time much nicer. Also the Costco membership includes SeaLife, which T enjoyed well enough.

THANKS!

I think we'll go with the 3 month membership through Costco. I've heard great things about the Sea Life Aquarium, so it will be nice to take the girls there too.
