Airline that Does Not Charge Extra for Very Overweight Passengers

I need to coordinate a trip for my brother to fly out to see us. He is at least 150 pounds overweight. At least. He would def. not fit in one chair. I am going to pay for the ticket but I don't want to humiliate him -- and I don't particularly want to pay for two tickets either!

Any airlines that don't charge you. I already checked with SW and they said I would need to buy him two tickets.
