Obviously it has to be something that passes the security rules. My kids love the "Dunk'ems" with the little cheese packet and bread sticks. But I'm not sure if those would be ok or not. Any other suggestions?

We take grapes, cheeze cubes, bunnie crackers, raisins sometimes bananas or ritz peanutbutter crackers.

Dry cereal, pretzels, freeze-dried fruit. We try to get to the airport early enough to feed them a meal before we board so we don't have to deal with as many snacks on the plane.

I believe that the cheese packets in the OP's dunk-ems counts as a liquid/gel, so would have to go in the 3-1-1 bag. I know that individual peanut butter packets have to go in the 3-1-1 bag, so imagine that the cheese would, too.

We take Lunchables. While not high in nutrients, they are easy and dd likes them.
