This is a case where the mods probably moved it to their private folder.

Oh man, what did I miss?!

did the replies get ugly or was it only moved bc of the original post?

I hope it wasn't because of her original post. She has every right to express her opinion. Isn't that what these boards are for?

I replied to it and every one that I read was very kind.

I started reading her post and didn't get to finish/reply and now it's gone. Oh well. Real life/demands took first priority.

granted it was hard to follow but i did not know what rule it may have broken. and i kind of feel bad bc i think my previous post on CIO started it.

I think the OP only intent was to be snarky. I read it and that was the impression I got.

I replied but it seemed kind of like baiting.

Ok, so is anyone brave enough to at least tell us the subject? This nosyparker is dying to know!

A poster with about 50+ activity level unfortunately had a miscarriage, shared her sadness over that, said she was leaving the boards, and then vented about another conversation that had bothered her. I had figured it was emotional unloading at an emotional time, at least, sometimes that's how things go.

Having BTDT, I assumed the same.

Wow, now I feel like a jerk for asking. Hope she finds a safe place to vent.

The whole thing is very sad. We all know how pregnancy hormones can make you...well, not yourself sometimes. Combine that with a heartbreaking loss, and I think that is what happened. Very sad all the way around.

Given her previous posts, I thought it was very baity. I am sorry for her loss, certainly. And I do wish her the best. But I thought the post was aggressive. Hopefully, she'll find a zen.

I see the edited post, not the original. But it is marked as edited, by Mutter17 (at least I think that is who it said, she's a mod right) reason: Baiting. So the winner is the caller who guessed....baiting!

After receiving several alerts, the moderators reviewed the original post and felt that part of it crossed the line into baiting. We hoped that by removing that portion but retaining the rest, the community could lend the OP some much-needed support during a difficult time. The thread is back without the portion that crossed into baiting.

Thanks,
Eileen, Missy, and Karoly
