Suggestions for adjustable ankle weights

I need to get some adjustable ankles weights for my physical therapy and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I've been searching around online and reading some of the reviews. Some reviewers have said that some brands did not work so well for small ankles, which is a concern for me since I have small ankles. I need these for knee/leg strengthening exercises and not for walking. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I wish I could help you! I bought my ankle weights years and years ago, I think through Jazzercise. I know they had pouches with 1 pound weights that could be taken out/added. There were also 1/2 pound metal bars that could be added for more weight.
