Has anyone used the DiCaPac underwater bags for cameras?

I have a Sony H10 and I'd like to take some surf pics. I have a housing for a Canon 870is

which is fantastic but the camera itself has bit the dust. I can't find any affordable hard housings for the Sony and came across the DiCaPacs but I'm curious as to how well it works. It looks like one big ziploc.
