Last minute Mother's Day gift ideas?

My mom is long distance and will be leaving on a trip the day after mother's day (thus flowers and food are out). I have done spa gift certificates before and she didn't use them. I am terrrrrrrible for leaving this until the last minute....any ideas?

I found these cute craft things at Target a little while back.... it is a 2 sided frame (hinges in middle of the two frames). On one side, they provide you with clay to make DCs handprint and then on the other side you put in a picture of them.

So cute! I got them on sale for $2.74 each and my Mom will love these more than a million bucks.
