I have tried so hard not to ask for the real estate mojo, but I know we just need that extra push from the BBB power mojo to sell this condo, so PLEASE????

Here's the deal: we have someone coming tomorrow for their 3rd showing, our baby is due imminently and, frankly, I can't really figure out how we're going to make this space work even with an infant. DH is beyond stressed about it and I have sort of hit my wall.

Please please please send me your mojo to push this guy into making even a semi-reasonable offer!

Thanks for the mojo ladies, I really appreciate it. Today is the big day. I'm just so over this process and I feel like this is our last big chance for awhile! I can't even fathom getting this place showing ready all the time with infant gear all over.

Of course it is supposed to be dreary today when this potential buyer returns... AGAIN. I think it has been raiy or overcast every single time he has visited. :irked:
