S/O of self tan: What do you use to exfoliate?

I have something from Origins I bought before that's a body scrub but it's kind of an ordeal to use it (thought it's silky smooth afterwards)... just wondering what you other mamas (and dads?) use before applying self tanner.

I don't exfoliate before applying my self tanner, I shave my legs, and then apply....no issues.

How about on your arms?

I exfoliate my arms and neck area with either the Origins ginger body scrub or a citrus scrub by Neutragena (very similar to Origins but less greasy). I exfoliate my face with Aveeno daily face scrub.

I use those rough, scrubby gloves. You can find them at Bed Bath and Beyond. They work great and give very thorough and even exfoliation.
