Anyone familiar with this company? I know they sell doubles online that are similar to the Instep but their single looks like a Baby Jogger.

You're welcome! Several years ago, the only choices in swivel wheel doubles were the Mountain Buggy, Instep, or the Safetech. The concensus was that of course, if you could swing it, the MB was hands down the best choice. But people who couldn't were reasonably pleased with the Safetech; more so than with the Instep. Before it was sold over here, it was sold in England under the "Mothercare" label. And wow, that BJ lookalike is pretty amazing.
