She loves wine...but trying to get pregnant...so not drinking wine right now....
Having issues with trying to get pregnant.....so no pre-prego gifts.....
Getting into golf....but everyone seems to be getting her golf stuff....
Loves making her yard look nice...but commented the other day about how sick she is of the plants her GMIL keeps giving her, because she's out of space......

This may or may not be a good idea, but lately I've gotten more into green living and one of my favorite things that I use every day is my Klean Kanteen water bottle. There are some really pretty reusable water bottles made by other brands (KKs are kind of utilitarian). If you look at resuablebags or even Amazon you might find something.
Oh, these are some I have looked out they are gorgeous. I don't know about if the quality is great or not (just never heard any reviews of them)

I don't know if she cooks, but I got my mom a personalized baking dish for Mother's Day that says From the Kitchen of XXXX with a little picture that you choose, on the pan and on the lid. It's really cute. She was at a Derby Party and saw someone's and loved it. It's from a website called www.thatsmypan.com (http://www.thatsmypan.com)

Ok, now that is a cool idea for a gift, I would love that. Incidentally, I see that they personalize Klean Kanteens too, and that is really not a bad price for them. I've never seen anyone put names on them, that is awesome.

I cherish an outing with my friends more than stuff. How about pedicures and lunch?

I would think lunch out and a pedicure or mani or facial, would be a real treat! Or maybe just lunch out- having some girlfriend time is a great thing to do! :)

I am all into giving some green gifts... water bottles, insultated lunch bags, grocery bags,...

I have a friend trying to get pregnant, and I found a cool pair of fertility earrings on Etsy that were discrete. She loves them!

I am a huge fan of personalized things, especially stationery.

a friend got me a super yummy smelling candle in a pretty tin from Anthropologie for my birthday last winter. I love it! it's not something i would have bought myself.

The one i have looks like this, but you could do anything:
