We're going to a pot luck party Memorial day weekend and it is a Moroccan/N. African theme. Does anyone here make any Moroccan or N. African dishes that are yummy? TIA!

ET clarify. The invitation says Moroccan and African, but based on the details I'm guessing the hostess means the North African region...

How about a Moroccan Tajine dish? It's like a braised/stew dish that you traditionally cook in a Tajine pot, but I think you could maybe try making it in a simple dutch oven?
