With that said, I need more suggestions please - this time for a 13/14 year girl. Again, not looking to spend more than $25. (preferably not cash or gift cards).

My niece, who just turned 13 a week ago, wanted clothes from Hollister. Their t-shirts and hoodies are in your price range. She's a pretty typical teen I'd say, she's not one of those grew up too fast kids..literally two years ago I got her an American Girl Doll.

What about a cute journal??? My friend's girls who are that age LOVE Hollister, but I'm sure you won't find much there for $25. I know they like waterbottles (KKs, Sigg, etc), iTunes, and journals, not necessarily in that order. LOL. GL!
