I had a friend's wedding on Saturday.
I saw the pictures.
I am huge.
GAME ON.

What sort of challenge can we have to motivate ourselves and each other? Distance? Speed? Simply moving for 30 minutes each day?
Ideas?

:popc1: I'm in .... I'm feeling very sluggish since I don't exercise regularly anymore.

I wish I knew. I worked out or at least got some exercise in every day last week- including a mildly drunken 2 mile walk home from a party on Saturday night. I ate pretty well, could be better but could be much, much worse. I am still gaining weight. None of my pants fit great. I am signed up for the gym's fitness challenge which is just a log that I get signed whenever I exercise. I was thinking about just signing up for every race I could think of!

Let's just try to eat well and exercise 30 minutes/ day at least 5 days this week.

What about posting our food journals? Maybe if we do that, it will keep us truly accountable for what we eat.

Did you see my other post about 100 push up challenge? Maybe that would also be helpful...

indeed. Game on here too. I made a decision this week that I will loose these 10??? (I don't even know how much I weigh right now) lbs before they morph back into the origional 35-40 lbs I lost before getting pregnant with DS. I was 1-2 lbs away and I've been slowly gaining.... work has been busy, I'm pretty much just nursing 1x/day but still eating crap.... I'll post goals in the other post.
