I guess these aren't out in stores yet since they aren't available to ship for another month, but check out the size and shape of this one... I'll measure later, but doesn't it look like it would work well? I love that they hook onto the LE backpacks!

Honestly, I'm not sure they would be great even if they do fit the box. My DD has used a Wildkin lunchbox that zips all around and opens completely for her LL. She doesn't even have to take the LL out from the lunchbox if she doesn't want to. I think it could be a pain to slide it in and out.

I know there are a couple of other lunchboxes that work for the LL, but here's a link to one we have used:

Here you go http://www.laptoplunches.com/

My DD is a picky eater, but tends to eat more when the food is in this container and visible than when it's in individual baggies

Do some searches on here and read about the fun things people here put in them -- and check out the Flickr shows, the book, and other links.

We actually have two LLs and two of last year's LE deluxe lunch sacks, which work well. They just have an extra flap on top. Since they have our last name monogrammed, I really don't need another, but I thought DD would enjoy having a nice pink one with her first name on it for preschool. Maybe for Christmas...

Thanks for the links This looks a lot like what they serve meals in on airlines, at least for intl travel. I wonder why kids tend to be more willing to eat it when it is served this way.

We bought some cloth bags for our LL boxes, but I found they tore with heavy use with dd (she has a lot of stuff and tends to drag things), but okay for preschool for ds as it went into his cubby directly.

We are having better luck with some regular lunch boxes I got from Costco, like this one:

(We did not pay that much, and that's in pounds! yikes!)

I like that there is an external pouch for a thermos, as nowadays I give something hot in the thermos and the cool stuff in the LL box.

The landsend one would work for the LL in terms of dimensions. LL box measures 7" x 9" x 2". My kids were fine with taking it in and out of a lunch bag.

For mine, it's the cool presentation (and yes, they love the idea of airline food LOL) and also everything is kept seperate. It's worth every penny for us!

The backpacks and lunchboxes are $5 through today. Does anyone have this lunchbox? Does it fit a Laptop Lunch?
