dd is 15 months.....sleeps about 12 hrs. at night and takes two naps, each about 1-1.5hrs. long.....now for the naps, I know she isn't actually asleep the entire time (like right now)..... so I would assume the same happens during the night.....sometimes when she is teething or going through a growth spurt she'll take 2+hr. naps and sleep 12+ hrs. at night.........now those are some awesome days for mommy!!

DD is 3 yrs., 1 mos. and sleeps from about 8:30 pm to 6:00 or 6:30 am. She hears us get up in the AM since her bedroom is right next to the bathroom. This morning she was still asleep when I left the house at 6:45 :) So 9 to 10 hours at night. During the day she takes a 1 to 2 hour nap at her daycare, as well as at home with us on the weekends. We aren't giving up naps anytime soon (x's fingers!)

DD is almost 10 months old and sleeps from 7pm till 6:30 or 7am, so about 12 hrs at night. She takes a 1.5 hr nap at 10 in the morning and a 30 minute nap around 3 in the afternoon. Grand total is about 14 hrs of sleep...now if only Mommy could do that too! ;)

DD1 is 3 yrs 10m and sleeps from 7:30-8:00 at night til 7:30-8:00 in the morning. She has given up her nap but we still put her down for quiet time but she isn't very quiet and only stays in her room for 30-45 min. she might nap once a week or once every other week.

DD2 is 1 yr 10m and goes to bed around the same time, maybe falls asleep a little later but also takes a 2.5-3 hr nap every day. She loves her nap and anything under 2 hrs is a short nap for her.

glad to have good sleepers here.

2 year old DD.

Sleeps 12 hours at night
2-4 hour nap.

Disclaimer; She is SUPER HYPER. I had a mom at a playgroup talk about her having ADHD.I have had a friend say she is just like her daughter who has ADHD. So while she is up she is ON. She tells me when she is tired, and sleeps well, to make up for the running around while awake.

My DD is 2.5 and sleeps about the same as Melaine's girls - 10.5-11 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs nap. Doesn't seem like enough to me either ... but I know that it is.

DS is 8 mo. and currently sleeps 9.5-10 hrs. at night with (2) 1 1/2-2 naps per day.

DS is 5 and sleeps 10-11 hours (goes to bed late and sleeps in late)

DD is almost 2.5 and sleeps about 10 hours at night (goes to bed late as well) plus a 2 hour nap. She's very good about asking to go to bed early or to take a nap, which is very different from DS at that age.

The nap does result in her being up late though. I stopped DS's napping at 3 for that reason.

Most of the time we roll with it though knowing everyone gets plenty of sleep overall.

DD is almost 3 exactly (b-day about a week ago) and sleeps 9 pm - 6 am (9 hours) and takes a 2 hour nap. She regularly skips naps (at least once a week) but then falls asleep in the car on the drive home from daycare so I know she still needs it.

My girls are 3.5 and 2. They go to bed before 7:30 and get up before 7:30. But it usually takes 30+ minutes for them to settle down. They also take an afternoon nap usually last 2-3 hours. So all told, maybe around 14 hours tops? They like to sleep though.

Amy is 2.5. Most days she does not nap and then she sleeps from 6/6:15 until 5:45/6:30 am. So right around 12 hours sleep for the day.

She actually gets LESS overall sleep when she naps. Yesterday she collapsed after preschool and took an 1:15 minute nap. The she did not go down for night until 10 PM and woke up at 6:45. Bleah....

Sarah is 7.5 and sleeps from about 8:45 until 6:30/7:00 most days.

DC is 8 months sleeps 9-10 hrs at night and naps 1.5-2.5 hrs during the day. His night sleep is marked by 3-5 awakenings :(. He's slept through the night twice since birth...we could do with some sleep.
