I like to put on my exercise clothes in the morning and wear them all day; I find that gives me motivation until I finally work out! So a nursing sports bra is a must... I am currently about a 36DD so need very good support for power walking, occasional aerobics... Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've never seen a nursing sports bra, but try Title Nine. If anyone would have it, they would.

Bravado makes one. It's OK for light exercising, but not say, running.

But honestly I mainly just wear regular sports bras and then pull them up to nurse.

Also, be careful with wearing them all day. They put more pressure on the breast tissue and for many this can lead to plugged ducts and mastitis.

OMG! I logged on to post this exact question--I was wondering if the nursing sports bras made a difference?

I found this website that specializes in nursing fitness clothing. I was worried that traditional sports bras might "compress" the breasts too much and cause those dreaded plugged ducts!

Here is the website I found--any imput would help!
