These things are seriously great! I attached them to the flanges of my Purely Yours and they allow me to sit back comfortably. They also twist slightly which creates a seal and prevents the flange from slipped. Something about the plastic is more comfortable on my nipple with increased suction as well. Well worth the $17.90 ($12.95 + $4.95 Priority Mail shipping).
