This time last year I remember seeing one for around $20, but now I can't find one under $50. Any ideas?

Target has one on sale in their flyer for 24 or 25 bucks I believe.

target has the arctic splash table for $24.99 this week. not the greatest but its a cute table

It's a little over $50 but Sam's Club has Little Tikes sand and water tables for about $54 shipped. We bought one recently and it came within a week. They may have cheaper ones, too....

Did you see the thread about Aldi? Some have the Step 2 Sand/Water table with umbrella on clearance for $30. I have just water in it right now and it works fine.
