So I got the Amy Coe Stamford Dresser/Changer in Walnut (not sure if you can see it here: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3046099&fromRegistryNumber=97200762&product_skn=21093)

And I'm looking for a nightstand that even remotely matches or would look okay with this. Any suggestions? I tried Walmart, but they have a lot of dark wood. And I just need a very simple/contemporary nightstand.

Also, a friend gave me this chair http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/p083/index.cfm?pkey=cslipcovered-upholstered-chairs|b

it's in white twill and I'm looking for a matching ottoman. They have one on the site, but it's a bit expensive! (Nearly $500!!)

We got that same dresser and crib. Part of the reason that we got it is that it looks sort of "Ikea-ish" to me and fits in with a lot of the other pieces have in the house. What do you think of this? http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/90158755 Another option might be finding something unfinished and staining it.

I'm getting a nursing stool to use with our glider instead of an ottoman. I really only like an ottoman for when I'm lounging and reading a book or something; if I'm rocking, I like to have my feet down more. I like the adjustability option with the nursing stool.

Yeah. That's pretty nice. Does it match the walnut amy coe? Staining might be tough - getting it to match, but that's a good idea.

So you don't like to have both things rocking when you're nursing - ottoman and rocker? I mean, I can probably pretty easily find a stable ottoman but I thought I'd want it to rock.
