Sleep question for new to crib DS

So last week I finally started having DS sleep in his room in his crib. He's 5 months now and has hit the height limit for his bassinet. Since moving him to his room and out of mine, he has started waking up 2 - 3 times per night (started sleeping through at 5 weeks so this is weird). Doesn't want fed, is sometimes wet, not crying. So far I have changed him and put him back to bed, but he doesn't go back to sleep for 45 minutes or more. He has also started sleeping more during the day.

Did anyone else's DC go through this? What did you do?

Update: He started sleeping through on his own after about two weeks of night time craziness.
