I feel like I spend much of my "free" time cutting food into little pieces for my 12 m.o. to eat as finger food. Does anyone have any suggestion for a good device that chops fruit, veggies, and chicken into small pieces without pureeing it?

i think you're giving me a good idea... i received an alligator onion chopper (http://www.amazon.com/Alligator-AG1-Onion-Vegetable-Dicer/dp/B000HI3YWQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1245044654&sr=1-1)as a gift, but never use it. i don't think it works well with hard veggies, but soft food should be much easier! sometimes i'll use a rolling pizza cutter to slice up little pieces of a big flat cooked egg yolk.

oh - i think i have one of these rolling slicers (http://www.amazon.com/Progressive-International-GRS-500-Rolling-Slicer/dp/B000JHGZEY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1245045054&sr=8-1)too!
