I'm looking for a good inflatable pool for my 10 month old- but also something that will hold up longer term.

Also- does it make sense to have something with a shade? I woudl assume we wouldn't be in much direct sun, but not sure if it still a good option.

There are so many out there- so before I blindly order through Amazon-

I would love some guidance.

For a 10 month old I would suggest one like this (http://www.amazon.com/Sun-Smart-Baby-Hideaway-Pool/dp/B0027GKVZO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=toys-and-games&qid=1245114214&sr=8-1). You may be able to get a better price at Target if the stores in your area have started their summer clearance.

Is there a reason you want an inflatable one instead of plastic?

All the blow up ones I've had have popped and not lasted the season. We got a plastic Nemo one and it's perfect. It's on it's second summer and still going strong.

Over the winter, we just stick it under the deck upside-down and hose it down come spring.

This is for the grandparents house so will not be getting much use.
What is the brand of the plastic one you have been happy with?
