How does Patagonia women's clothing fit?

I have a g/c for Patagonia which I'd like to use on some sale items, and wondering how their t-shirts fit. I have a couple of Patagonia fleece jackets, which I wear in size small. They're sold out of one of the tees I like in small so wondering if medium would be too huge! Anyone here wear Patagonia?

I wear a lot of Patagonia in the summer and I would stick with a small. Their t-shirts are not too fitted and I would imagine a medium would look sloppy. They have their big summer sale the beginning of August if you want to wait until then. That's when I buy all dh and my summer clothes!
