abdominal workout S/O- Bender ball?

Has anyone tried this? I've had my eye on it for a while, but had no use for it over the past 10 months! Now that I've been given the all-clear to exercise again, I want to order it.

ETA: Okay, so 9.99 is if you do VHS. Looks like $20 total with DVD and S&H. I'm still going to try it. I'll report back when I have a washboard tummy!!!

I've used a small ball like that during regular pilates workouts. It totally kills your abs in a good way :)
