How to resize a pic to 640x840 pixels

I don't know that there's an easy way to do it using iPhoto. I find Graphic Converter (shareware, has been included on and off with new macs) to be very useful for this sort of thing.

I don't know anything about Macs, but I can tell you how to do it in online if that helps. Just go to a site like photobucket, upload the pic, and click on resize. I usually use photoshop, and you can google photoshop resize and get step by step directions- I'd be you could do the same for iphoto.

I think you have to export it. File>export>scale images.

That was the main reason I stopped using iPhoto -- it didn't resize easily. I love the free program Resize 'em All, but they were sold/bought by another company and I can't find it now...

There's a free website that is amazingly easy to use called www.picnik.com (http://www.picnik.com) . I have photoshop and always go to picnik to resize because it's EASY! They also have some fun effects on there too.
