I'm posting for my sister who is due on August 22. Her breasts are getting much larger than mine ever did (I delivered May 14). Today her breasts and nipples are very hard. She managed to hand express one breast and that helped her pain but the other breast isn't expressing and she's having shooting pains in the nipple. Any advice to get her through her the next 2 months? Should she try using a pump, snug bra, cabbage leaves???
