Does anyone know if Sunbutter can be cooked, i.e. can it be used as PB substitute in a recipe in which the PB is supposed to be melted? I don't see any reason why Sunbutter wouldn't work, but then again I know pretty much nothing about cooking.

TIA!

I've made sunbutter cookies which were NUMMY and Buckeyes that disappeared as quickly as I made them. The only thing about cooking with Sunbutter is that IME it is a little oily/more runny than regular Jiff BP, so cut back on other oils in the recipe to compensate. Happy cooking!

Thanks! I want to make the Muddy Buddies from the back of the Chex box, and the recipe calls for melting PB and chocolate together. I should be able to adjust the consistency.

I love Buckeyes! Yum!
