hi everyone, my LO had mild to moderate eczema. sometimes it would start to go away but she would keep scratching (i think out of habit), and it would flare up again. we finally went to the pediatrician and she gave us tubes of locoid lipocream (hydrocortisone butyrate 0.1%) and it worked from the first day. we put on a small amount twice a day and by the third day, it was completely gone. the skin is still quite dry but is no longer red or rough or itchy. thought this might help anyone interested. btw, we were using over the counter hydrocortisone and that didn't help nearly as much as this.
