Cruise: Swim Diapers? How many?

we are going on a cruise in August :yay:

I'm not sure how many swim diapers I will need for my then 14 month old -
there is a "baby/swim diaper" water area on the ship - 2 days at sea
and we are stopping at 4 ports

has anyone been on a cruise with a little one and know how may swim diapers I will need?

You only have to change a swim diaper if she poops in it - pee just runs out, by definition. I'd bring a few more than you think you need, though, as I'm sure that they are quite expensive on the ship. Maybe estimate 2-3 per day (probably far too many) to give yourself some cushion? If you take them out of the package, they are so flat that they can tuck anywhere in your luggage.

I usually plan for 2 a day and end up with extras. We haven't been on a cruise but when we are in beach/resort vacations that is what I always do.
