Do you think this could have given us food poisoning?

I served my family some corn on the cob this evening, thinking I was serving some I just purchased today. After dinner, as I was cleaning up, I found the corn I got today still in a bag on the counter. I apparently served some I bought a 2-3 weeks ago and had forgotten about in the crisper. I boiled it for several minutes and it tasted and looked okay, but I'm so worried I could have given us food poisoning with that. Do you think I need to worry?

Wait - are you all sick? Did you notice an odor? Corn can spoil in 4-8 days, but if you didn't notice spoilage, I wouldn't assume you'll get food poisoning.

Looked right, cooked right, tasted right? Then you are absolutely fine. Don't give it another thought.

Produce should be fine unless it looks or smells bad.
