I bought a tankini top from LE back in May for $47. In the interim it went on sale for one day for $25, so I bought it in a smaller size in the hopes that late summer/next year it would fit (they didn't have my size in stock). I just noticed on Saturday that the straps on the top are totally disintegrated exposing the elastic underneath.

The current selling price is $57 and they have my size in stock again. I called to find out what they could do for me and they offered a full refund for the $47 shredded suit, basically an even exchange in my size for the new $25 suit which will be sent out ASAP via free 2 day shipping. They also said return shipping will be waived if I return to ANY Sears (I thought the Sears had to have a LE dept! and we don't have any here).

I'm so happy about this rare great c/s experience. I don't mind if this top shreds eventually for only $25 Now I'm off to see if I can find any bargains to add to my 2 day free shipping!
