Tried and true music/relaxation CD for sleep (for me)

Due to my brutal work schedule my circadian rhythm is off big time. I have some sleepless nights here and there and I wont take pills (melatonin doesn't help me). Anyone have any suggestions or know anything about these Cd's? http://www.therelaxationcompany.com/

I trust anything Belleruthe does. My therapist introduced me to them. I've used many of her guided imagery CDs. You can listen to samples of her stuff on the website as well.
