The previous thread about teaching made me wonder if there are any other TFA alums on the BBB. I was North Carolina '97, taught 6th grade language arts and social studies. Then I worked in Houston for a couple of years on the summer institute planning staff. I'm not really involved anymore, but I did just buy tickets to the Houston fundraising gala in October, so I'm excited to get caught up on what the organization is doing now. I do know it's grown by heaps and bounds since the "early years."
