Purse Organizers

I have several larger bags that I'd like to use as diaper bags, but I'm looking around at the plethora of purse organizers wondering which one to get to make the bags more functional. Anyone have any good reviews or recs? Thanks a bunch!

I saw one at my local Vera Bradley and gift shop boutique that I totally fell in love with. I will probably go back and get some as gifts for my sils and one for myself as well. I thought it was really nice with LOTS of organization and it wasn't flopsy, so it could stand up on its own.
