We bought a lot of items from amazon.com. They have great prices and excellent customer servie. Easy returns too. I Noticed so many times that babyrus has higher prices too. I also lvoe their customer reviews.
My best experience with them - we had to return chico pack n play after we already used it (it had bad matress support and DS could not sleep in it) and did not have original packaging. They promptly refunded the original price+tax+initial delivery charge.
Also, it is easy to track past orders. We had a defective Tiny Love mechanism for the mobile. The company demanded the proof of purchase 2 months after we bought it. I printed from amazon and got a free replacement!
