I know the schedule isn't always consistent, but my Target has the black dot items at 75% off. The had tons of reusable bags that come in handy. I also bought a pile of cute reusable lunch bags that I figure I will use down the road for kids' gifts or goody bags at b-day parties for a quarter each. Also had some dish towels, placemats, hair accessories etc. HTHS!
