Update: THANK YOU everyone who sent mojo my way. I can't believe it! One of my partners was thinking of leaving the practice, which would have increased my work burden enormously. Today we learned he's staying! I was sure he was going to leave - for family reasons, not professional. The BBB mojo sure is some powerful stuff. Thanks again everyone! I feel as though a big burden's been lifted.

In five years here I have learned to respect the mojo. I can't be very specific at the moment, but I would like to request some. If people could send vibes, P&PT, what have you, that my current work-life balance is preserved, I would appreciate it greatly. I have lots of autonomy in my job but this is one area over which I have no control and it is stressing me out. I will update when I can say more. Thanks!
