Two weeks ago I ordered 100 5x7 photo birth announcements. They were the most expensive ones I'd ever used - at around $1.70 each. The first set had VividPix treatment and made DS2 look sickly. They sent new ones out the next day (at least in my mind it was the next day) with vividpix turned off. Much better!
Fast Forward two weeks, I'm still chugging away, trying to get them addressed and sent out. I think it was a 24 hour turn around with DD, maybe 3 days with DS1. Yeah, things are exponentially slower with #3.
I was looking to reorder 25 cards, and it was going to be about $43 with two codes. I called the CS number to ask about the cheapest way to reorder them. She said she would do a free reorder and just charge me shipping. When she did it, the shipping came out for free, so they are sending me 25 cards for absolutely free! Yay, Shutterfly! Thanks!!
This act of kindness brought it down to $1.36 for each card. Cool!
