Chicco 360 Hook-On chair

Has anyone tried out this chair yet? We are going to have an 11 month old and a newborn and I don't have room for 2 high chairs. (one is a challenge) I would also like to use it at the sitters or when we go out to dinner.

I like that it has a tray (dishwasher safe) for cleanliness reasons at the restaurant but I want to make sure it's a good investment at $70! I've read good things about the Metoo from P&T but again I like the tray idea.
