Is this sketchy?
I thought that Medela did not really allow discounts or sales, but when I search for some Medela products like the Pump in Style, some private sellers on Amazon appear that offer deep discounts for supposedly "new" pumps.
For example you can get a "new" PIS for $180 when it normally costs $284.

How is this possible? Do you think the pumps are perhaps old, reconditioned, or stolen? Should I stick to buying it at a well-known store even it it costs much more?
Thanks!

I bought my pump from addalittelove.com. They don't have their prices online because apparently Medela won't allow them to list them but you can call or e-mail and they'll tell you the prices. I don't remember exactly what I paid but I remember it being a good deal. You can check with Medela to make sure who you purchase from is an authorized dealer. This is important for the warranty.
