Diaper Changing

My DS (15 months) has decided that he will scream whenever he needs his diaper changed and squirm. I've tried toys, changing him on the floor instead of the changing table, etc. Anyone have suggestions?

I will let him play with the light switches and watch the fan first and - I just try to change as fast as I can -

I think I resorted to some standing-up diaper changes! Maybe sing a fun song he likes whenever you change his diaper?
