I enjoy this age so much. Around 18m they start to get a bit more willful so take advantage of things now. :) They are still awesome at 18m, they just tend to be a bit more easy going before then.

When my LO turned one, her relationship with her dad really took off.

DH has always a very good father, I have no complaints, but they really have a blast together now that she's a toddler instead of a baby!

I have to agree with Beth as well, between 12-18m is more easygoing than after 18m. I love 18m too, DD is fun and cracks me up every day, but chasing a runner and climber takes more out of me on any given day. Favorite new phrase of DD "I do it" ...I thought we'd hit 2y before hearing that one!
