Marriott or Hilton, which do you prefer??

I'm getting ready to book our Disney trip and we are staying off-site. I'm debating between Residence Inn and Homewood Suites (it's brand new). Both are in the LBV area and are probably like comparing apples to apples.
Just wanted to get the opinions of you expert travelers out there!

They are very similar, the same "level" of hotel between the two chains. I'd stay with whichever is cheaper or gives you the better hotel points benefits.
