has anyone used this? what is the general gist? i listened to a podcast last night and the woman seemed very knowledgeable with research to back the strategy, which she was vague about. no big shocker, as she wants us to buy the dvd's.
any reviews on this? fwiw, i am a fan of the cio method. sounds alot like this. i know many here don't prefer that method. any advice or info is greatly appreciated.
