Question about Graco Contempo high chair

Hi, I posted in "Around the House" but I am not getting any responses there so I thought I would try here.

The 8th edition of the book mentions that the Graco Contempo was recalled in 2006. Are the newest models of the Contempo ok (have they fixed the problem)? This is the high chair I am thinking of getting.
