JC Penny Ship to Store?

I need to order blinds for our entire house and would like to save on shipping. I've already used one code to get 20% off so I can't use the free shipping code. Can you order online and ship to store? I don't see that option anywhere, but thought I'd double check.

I just got some window treatments today from JC Penny and the girl was going to order some items for me from the catalog. They are being shipped to the store and I will just have to pick them up at the store...no shipping charges involved.
