Matted wall frames

Does anyone know where to get matted wall frames that would fit 11x14 inch photos? Would like to hang them on our stairwell. Professional framing would be way too expensive.

Target has really nice matted photo frames - not sure about in store, but I ordered a bunch online. Looks good as professionally done frames to my (very amateur) eye.

Michaels and AC Moore have them as well. Plus if you use the coupons you can get a deal. . .

Have you tried Michael's or Hobby Lobby? They run 1/2 off specials nearly every month.

IKEA has some that are really cheap, but they are sometimes weird sizes, like 11x15.
