Baby K'tan Size for Hubby?

We are trying to decide whether to register for 1 or 2 Baby K'tans (http://www.babyktan.com/index.html) depending on the size(s) we need. I am still not sure after looking at the sizing chart (http://www.babyktan.com/sizing.html) on the product website.

I think I would need a small. Can anyone offer suggestions for sizing for my husband? I read on another board that it may be best to go with a size smaller than you think you need.

He is 5'9" and 205 pounds (no idea of his suit jacket size). His fitted/tight t-shirt size would probably be a medium-large (hard to say for sure since he only wears loose XL t-shirts).

Any thoughts? I posted a similar message on thebabywearer.com but haven't received any feedback yet.

Baby K'tan has GREAT CS, so if you call them they will be more than willing to help you size your DH.

I wear a size 18 or 2xl top and use the medium size comfortably. These carriers are very stretchy and run big.
